When?… Saturday 23rd January, 7pm onwards
Where?… The Skylark Pub (south croydon)
A course of Pub Golf is played over 9 holes (each pub representing a hole). At each hole, there will be a set beverage which participants must consume. The participant’s score is how many attempts it takes to finish their drink (like golf, the lower the score the better). Each hole will have a par in order to challenge the golfers to their potential. Scores will be recorded on a printed score card by each golfer’s partner and the winner will be declared at the 9th hole! There will be an alternate set of drinks and pars available depending on the participants’ drinking handicaps (don’t worry Corny, we’ve got you covered buddy!)… Oh yeah and there’s one vital catch… You MUST be dressed in golfing attire!!!
We will begin pub golf at the Skylark as of 8pm and will be moving on to the next hole at around 8.15…Free Score cards and Pens will be provided (don’t we spoil you!!!)
Once the course is complete, the night will continue to one of the local bars in Croydon (possibly Reflex, who have accomodated for our dress code in the past!)
Don’t think Pub Golf is for You???… Why Not Swing By to the Skylark at 7 for a Couple of Drinks and Perhaps just Follow the Crowd!
